Kristine Marie Rost has taught a clean yin yoga style, Yinpower® since 2012, when she started teaching at a hospital clinic in Manila, the capital of the Philippines. With focus on yin yoga as a therapeutic tool for people with among others stress, Parkinson’s, scoliosis, after-effects from concussions and whiplash injuries, today Kristine has a vast tool box, which offers not only positions to create room in the body, but also tools based on more than 4,500 hours of teaching. Kristine’s techniques are elaborated in close cooperation with doctors and therapists. Yinpower is based on her great interest in how you can live a life without pain.
